This position involves assisting our transaction coordination department and real estate agents. Hours vary in this position, and it's important that you are able to be flexible to meet customer demand and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
- Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
- Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
- Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
- Professional in attitude and appearance

Responsibilities
- Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, and housing providers for referrals and sign contracts
- Generate lead opportunities to present USPs and company services to get contracts signed with housing providers, health care providers, customers, and vendors.
- Manage the sales process. Guide families through their search process all the way to move in including follow-up with families
- Monitor vendors, housing providers, and other allies’ performance and customer service experience to maintain the company’s reputation and referral sources.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales quota for company profitability and growth
- Prepare and conduct needs and financial assessments for new customers.
- Setting up and scheduling facility tours for customers.
- History of exceeding sales quota
- Internally motivated to surpass your goals in an outside sales environment
- Thrives in a Healthcare setting on a daily basis and gets energy from meeting with and helping people
- 3+ years of experience with a documented history of success positioning and selling solutions in a quota-carrying setting
- Demonstrated ability to assess family situations and quickly develop solutions based on family needs
- Documented history of ability to develop and maintain good working relationships in a multi-stakeholder relationship
- Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent environment
- Willingness to quickly come up to speed on the senior living industry
- Ability and willingness to document daily activities and notes in the CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and willing to learn other web-based tools
